We have updated our Terms of Services and Privacy Policy

We have updated our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in advance of the upcoming school year.  We encourage you to review the full set of updates by logging into your account.  We have provided a short summary of some of the key changes below.

Among other improvements, we are updating our Terms of Use to provide you with the following:

  • Improved instructions as to how to set up an account and designate a user type.
  • Additional descriptions related to available services and content, including third-party services and content.

We are also updating our Privacy Policy, which includes the following changes:

  • Additional information about the types of personal information we collect from or about our users and their students, including how we may collect certain information automatically using cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information about how we may use and share personal information in connection with some of our features, such as when certain profile information may be shared with other members of your school community.
  • An additional description of our marketing practices, including how we use cookies and similar technologies for these purposes and instructions for how you can opt-out of certain types of marketing.
